Terms & Conditions

Please review these terms before purchasing or using VBloomKids programs.

Effective Date: July 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the VBloomKids website, digital programs, videos, printables, assessments, downloads, services, and related materials.

By purchasing, accessing, or using a VBloomKids program, the purchaser agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About VBloomKids

VBloomKids provides educational programs and resources designed to support children’s vocabulary, language, reading, writing, communication, and related learning skills.

VBloomKids programs are educational resources and are not a substitute for individualized professional educational, psychological, medical, therapeutic, or special-education advice.

2. Parent or Guardian Responsibility

Purchases and account registrations must be completed by an adult who is at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

A parent or guardian is responsible for:

Selecting whether a program is suitable for the child

Supervising the child’s use of the program

Protecting account login information

Monitoring downloads and submissions

Providing appropriate support where needed

Ensuring that children do not independently submit personal information

3. Household License

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a VBloomKids program purchase includes a limited license for use within one household.

This means:

  • Multiple children living in the same household may use the purchased program

  • Parents or guardians in that household may print or access materials for those children

  • Access may not be shared with friends, extended family members in other households, classrooms, tutoring groups, schools, organizations, or paying clients

  • Materials may not be posted in shared drives, online groups, social media groups, membership libraries, public websites, or file-sharing platforms

Teachers, tutors, schools, co-ops, organizations, or businesses must obtain separate written permission or an appropriate commercial or classroom license when available.

4. Intellectual Property

All VBloomKids materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Course videos

  • Audio recordings

  • Scripts

  • Slides

  • Worksheets

  • Assessments

  • Flashcards

  • Vocabulary Reference Charts™

  • Graphics

  • Logos

  • Certificates

  • Website copy

  • Program structures

  • Downloadable files

The purchase of a program provides a limited right to use the materials according to these Terms. Ownership of the materials is not transferred to the purchaser.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce materials except for permitted household use

  • Resell, sublicense, distribute, or give away materials

  • Record or redistribute course videos

  • Upload materials to another platform

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or branding notices

  • Use the materials to create competing products

  • Use the materials for paid teaching, tutoring, or commercial instruction without written permission

  • Claim VBloomKids materials as your own

5. Program Access

Program access is provided through the platform identified at purchase.

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining a compatible device

  • Maintaining internet access

  • Using a current browser

  • Keeping login credentials secure

  • Informing VBloomKids of suspected unauthorized access

Access terms may differ by offer. Any specific access period shown on the sales or checkout page forms part of the purchase agreement.

VBloomKids may update hosting platforms, file formats, lesson organization, or delivery methods when reasonably necessary.

6. Educational Results

VBloomKids aims to provide thoughtful, high-quality educational resources. However, children learn at different rates and respond differently to teaching approaches.

We do not guarantee:

  • A specific grade improvement

  • A particular test score

  • Mastery of every word or skill

  • Admission to a school or academic program

  • A specific academic, behavioral, or developmental result

Results depend on factors including participation, consistency, prior knowledge, learning needs, parent guidance, and individual effort.

7. Purchases and Payments

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change for future purchases.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. A purchase is complete only after payment has been successfully authorized.

Discounts, promotional pricing, founding-family pricing, and limited-time offers apply only under the terms displayed when offered and do not create a right to future discounts.

8. Digital Product Delivery

All VBloomKids products are delivered digitally. No physical books, flashcards, worksheets, or other printed materials are included or shipped. After purchase, you'll receive immediate access to the online course and downloadable resources included with your purchase.

8. Refund Policy

VBloomKids programs include immediate access to digital content, including videos, downloadable resources, and printable materials. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage parents and guardians to review the program details carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us, and we will work promptly to restore your access.

9. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use

Account access is intended only for the purchasing household.

VBloomKids may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of:

  • Account sharing outside the licensed household

  • Unauthorized copying

  • Redistribution

  • Resale

  • File sharing

  • Security misuse

  • Fraudulent payment activity

  • Violation of intellectual-property rights

  • Use that disrupts the platform or harms other users

Where appropriate, we may first contact the purchaser and provide an opportunity to address the issue.

10. Parent-Submitted Materials

Parents or guardians may voluntarily submit assessments, worksheets, reflections, photographs, videos, testimonials, or other materials.

The person submitting material confirms that:

  • They have authority to submit it

  • They have the necessary parental or guardian permission

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights

  • The content is appropriate and lawful

  • The information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge

Submission for educational review does not automatically grant VBloomKids permission to use the material publicly.

Public use of a child’s name, image, video, testimonial, or identifying information requires separate parental permission.

11. Certificates and Feedback

Certificates, evaluations, feedback, or completion acknowledgments may depend on submission of the requested program materials.

VBloomKids may determine whether submitted materials reasonably meet the stated completion requirements.

A certificate recognizes participation or completion of the applicable VBloomKids program. It is not an accredited academic credential, professional license, school transcript, or government-recognized qualification.

12. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions

  • Interfere with the website or course platform

  • Introduce malware or harmful code

  • Scrape or systematically extract content

  • Use the website unlawfully

  • Submit abusive, threatening, deceptive, or infringing content

  • Use the program in a way that violates another person’s privacy or rights

13. Third-Party Services

VBloomKids may rely on third parties for hosting, payment processing, email, analytics, video delivery, and other business functions.

We are not responsible for every interruption, policy change, security incident, or technical failure caused by a third-party provider. We will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide access where practical.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue parts of the website or program when reasonably necessary.

We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.

Where a material change significantly affects purchased access, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected customers.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, programs, and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

VBloomKids does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, universal device compatibility, or that every program will meet every child’s individual needs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VBloomKids will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website, programs, or materials.

Where liability cannot be excluded, VBloomKids’ total liability relating to a purchase will generally not exceed the amount paid for the applicable program, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the user agrees to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized use or distribution of VBloomKids materials

  • Content submitted by the user

  • Violation of another person’s rights

  • Unlawful or fraudulent use of the website or program

VBloomKids may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, fraud, security misuse, unlawful conduct, or intellectual-property infringement.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payments, disclaimers, liability, and dispute obligations continue after termination where applicable.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before publishing this clause, confirm whether VBloomKids is legally operated from Virginia and whether you want disputes handled there.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
